Copyright

Nyman Ink places a very high value on intellectual property, since, at a basic level, it’s all we have to sell. For that reason, we always retain ownership of all our creative work (content and design) unless a client asks to purchase the copyright; and we do not provide native-format electronic files to clients, unless the client has first purchased copyright. Our clients pay for the use of our original work for a specific purpose, not for the ownership of our original work. The exceptions to this rule are when we develop a brand or website. In those cases, we sell our copyright and price the project accordingly.
